JetBlue Airlines Cancellation

This policy allows passengers to cancel their bookings and receive refunds. You can cancel your ticket within 24 hours of booking or at least 7 days before the flight’s departure.

The 24-hour cancellation policy covers all ticket types, including non-refundable ones, except for JetBlue Vacations bookings. Cancellations due to unexpected events like medical emergencies or the death of a loved one are also allowed, provided that you submit the relevant medical documentation.

There are different ways to make JetBlue Cancellations, the passengers can use any one of the following.

Online Cancellations: The passengers can simply visit the official website site of JetBlue www.jetblue.com they can make their ticket cancellation from the comfort of their homes.

Customer Care Service: you can call the toll-free number of JetBlue and you will be directed to a call. An agent will assist you to help you in JetBlue Cancellations.

Through Travel Agency: The passengers can approach the third party or travel agency if they make reservations through them.

At the Airport: If you are not comfortable with online cancellations, you can visit the nearest airport in your area and tell them to cancel your ticket cancellation.

1. Go to the official JetBlue Airlines website at www.jetblue.com.
2. Log in using your email or Google account.
3. Once logged in, navigate to the ‘Manage Trips’ section and enter your booking reference and the passenger’s last name.
4. Select the flight you wish to cancel.
5. Click the cancel button and pay any applicable cancellation fee, if required.
6. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation via email.

According to the latest JetBlue cancellation policy, only Blue Basic fares are subject to a cancellation fee:

1. USD 100 for flights within the Caribbean, Central America, and the United States.
2. USD 200 for all other routes

There are no cancellation fees for other fare types, including Mint, Blue, Blue Extra, and Blue Plus.

According to JetBlue Airlines’ cancellation policy, non-refundable tickets cannot be canceled due to a family member’s illness. However, with assistance from Binoco Travel, passengers can postpone their travel by converting the ticket to an open status for future use (valid for up to one year from the original issue date), subject to a change fee. On the other hand, refundable tickets can be canceled without any fees before departure.

• Only the untraveled portion of the flight can be canceled.
• A round-trip ticket cannot be canceled on any one leg.
